ORDERS QUESTIONS

Delivery time depends on the destination and is usually between 5 to 8 days for standard delivery (Royal Mail) or 2 to 4 days for express delivery (DHL). A tracking number will be sent by email or SMS to allow you to track your package in real time.

A shipping confirmation is sent by email as soon as your order has been dispatched. You will also receive a tracking number by email or SMS, allowing you to follow your shipment in real time. Upon request, we can also send a delivery confirmation via SMS for extra peace of mind.

Tracking may sometimes experience slight delays, especially within the first 24–48 hours after shipment. You will receive a tracking number by email or SMS as soon as your package leaves our facility. If the status hasn’t updated after this time, please contact our team at info@parisladiesboutique.com.

Standard delivery (Royal Mail): Free – 5 to 8 days. Express delivery (DHL): £34 – 2 to 4 days. Your order is processed within 24–48 hours. A tracking number will be sent by email or SMS.

CANCELING AN ORDER

You can request to cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of purchase. To do so, please contact us immediately at info@parisladiesboutique.com. Once your request is processed, we will cancel the order and a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card issuer may require additional time to process the refund.

RETURN POLICY

If you’ve changed your mind about your order, you can request a modification or cancellation within 24 hours of purchase. To do so, please contact us immediately at info@parisladiesboutique.com.

No. All products that have left our warehouse cannot be modified.

In the case of a defective product, you can receive a replacement or request a refund after returning the defective item. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@parisladiesboutique.com.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order. The product must be in its original condition (unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging). All returns are free, with no additional restocking fees. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@parisladiesboutique.com.

If the returned product is in perfect condition, an exchange is possible. Send back the current product and place a new order once the return is approved. To start the process, please contact us at info@parisladiesboutique.com.

Once we receive the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
